Novation was founded in October 2003 by Val Holmes. Val has 15 years experience in the IT industry ranging from technical operations through to operational management & delivery and contract/agreement development & negotiation. Val has worked in several countries for large organisations prior to moving to New Zealand in 1999.

Since being in business, Novation has attracted customers such as New Zealand Post, Synergy International and EZIDOCS Limited.
